I’m new to yoga, I am not sure how it is supposed to go. . . I saw that Natamase Yoga Fit on the channel but it goes very quickly. . . I really want my thin arms and legs. I’m pretty flexible, so please, if you have any sites or YouTube videos that would help me a lot.
