Kripalu Yoga – Joining forces

Partnership of mind, body and energy is the primary goal of Kripalu yoga. Those who believe that training the body contains energy pulsations in a flow called Prana, which is sometimes referred to as life. The idea is the least thought or care may cause problems with Prana in your physical body. That is why Kripalu is important, it is a way to the level of Prana and use of breathing to thinking to blockage or disruption of life in your body to avoid. In turn you will feel a higher level of mental clarity and emotional control.

The emphasis, remember, is looking at yourself and see what we have. Although attitudes and a “right” way to make them, you will likely be encouraged to focus on your mental state and increase the flow of your Prana.

Furthermore, Kripalu is about real life change. You learn to focus on your spiritual well-being outside of the classroom and while the yoga mat, contributing to your overall wellbeing and help you on your way to the best person you can be.
