My definition of “meditation” is to be a little wider. I consider it an opportunity for all of us to realize our higher consciousness (or our unity with our higher consciousness to achieve), and let go of resistance.

benefits and techniques

There are many benefits to meditation, that I, as side effects or extras, but the main purpose of meditation. However, many people are motivated to do so because of the benefits or perceived benefits, such as better health, calmer, less sleep and meditate on the night. Meditate regularly are generally carefully, deliberately and quietly.
Given my definition

wide, you can probably understand that I recognize the existence of hundreds of technical and defend a variety. Some have more support than others, some are more on the continuation of a long-term practical than others, some are easier than others to learn. A technique is a way to help you achieve the deeper purpose of meditation.

Guided Meditation: A

techniques that I use with people is “guided meditation. A guided meditation is one in which the voice is used to guide the process.’s voice can be yours or that of others. Some people feel more relaxed and more clearly as a result of advice and support from a strange voice.

a soothing voice is more likely to be in a meditative state as a drive. Simplicity is more useful than long words or complicated ideas. A slow pace, rather than a rapid rate, tends to promote a greater depth. Regular practice is lower for the help.
> Improve your

suggestions for effective guided meditations or guided visualizations, if you get others verbally, or if you want to get the best of which want to benefit someone else, or you want to run behave.

Align with the Divine. If we connect with our higher consciousness, the words flow through us. Or maybe they do not flow through us, in this case, silence is a perfect condition.

for installation. A guided meditation that is with the declared intention of perfect rhythm and tone and depth begins to find, regardless of the lyrics. the best intentions, are simple and large, to relax, as “self” or “divine” or “be aware align stronger.”

be present. New meditators often with “Get on the right words.” However, a good guided meditation is deeper than words. List will be fully processed until the lifting of more awareness and a script to do.
Breathe

. Breathe in and teach others to breathe, to improve the land and relaxation. Some meditation teachers have rules about breathing. I believe in simple: to inspire and expire. And notice.

be aware of energy. You can see, feel or energy or sense or know what is going on vigorously. If you think, confusion, clarity invited to attend. If you feel resistance, you give your attention to the safety or ease or comfort or relaxation.

honor both the uniqueness and universality. If you observe other leaders in a meditative state that individuals are unique beings with their own beliefs that are not being compromised, but the honor. The more we enter into a meditative state, the most universal is the experience, with room for all of us have our own expression.
What expectations

final results. Sometimes we receive, we believe that the things fixed, “should” and Miss life right now. A guided experience internally may provide for the power to open new opportunities if we show for the experience.

feel and express gratitude. It is a joy, inner work that drives us to the general recognition of more and more to do. The recognition is a powerful, live from the outside to raise awareness and expression.

live in the consciousness of goodness. Sometimes, when we carry on our daily lives, we forget the silence of meditation. It is important to train for us to live this peace and joy.

practice, practice, practice. It is important to practice until meditation is a part of your lifestyle. If an approach feels good one day and another day to another, then you are trusting your own inner guidance as you move from one technology to another.
