I workout with weights heavily on a split of four days and I was looking for something new between the two days of rest. What are the benefits of yoga or some sort of stretching regime? How would you benefit from a person who lifts weights, a high intensity four times a week? Sorry, I can not really find yoga to be honest. . .

Depending on the type of yoga do find it a little differently, but generally, yoga helps you balance your whole body. Muscles, nerves, mind and fifth Seele.Ich ‘noticed that my mood and patience, much improved after starting yoga. I also believe that yoga can make your body balance, which is more lift and more Wiederholungen.Wenn you try a form of yoga that is flexible, your muscles will have more. This means that we might not be strong flexible muscles, but when it is stretched to a certain point, it becomes weak. A flexible muscle will be strong even if it extended ist.Nehmen press for the knee for example. If you are short and flexible muscles not think this point if you lower the weight, you will have no power. If you are flexible muscles you go beyond this point and I always feel able kann.Yoga also stimulate the lymphatic system and lymph. This means that your body regenerates more rapidly and organs, glands and muscles recover faster and allow you more / harder auszuüben.Auf the mental aspect, it will take you to focus more, after what you vorhaben.Es benefits much more and I could go on forever. Try it and see what he does for you! Yoga 4 Life =) / David
