as if I need a break for lunch help meditation? On the other hand, if I meditate before going to bed, it ruins my sleep, giving me the feeling of more energy?

    Meditation calms your body only. I meditate every day about two hours a day and my body is so quiet and I still have such power, I get home from school all tired and have lots of homework I have to meditate and immediately calmed my body I said I can what I want. You should learn about your chakra is my brother knows a lot about meditation and he teaches me a lot about chakra and how to succeed in life through meditation every day. anyway after meditation so that your body is more energy and sometimes ESES ruins your sleep is not for me tho.

    Sometimes meditation can reduce stress, but it can also make you more tired when you are tired in the first place. I recommend Qigong is also an excellent form of rebirth activiy.
