<p>But everyone can benefit from meditation. The advantages are fast and meditation can lower blood pressure and generally create a feeling of well-being and satisfaction, which is important for a healthy lifestyle. The technique of meditation is easy to learn and if one meditates for as little as 15 minutes a day, positive results. </p>
