I almost stopped Yoga for this … until I found this still Yoga
Did anyone hear the Hindu-ups?
If you have not, boy I got news for you. Simply, they work (which almost made me ill yoga until I found what actually Yoga) and you have to mark them.
When doing research for an article I wrote some time ago on yoga and gymnastics, I bumped into a unique form of an upper body workout known as the Hindu-ups. Immediately, I was interested in the name when I know nothing “Hindu” who have come from India and therefore may be related to Yoga.
I click on the appropriate link and view a description of a completely different drive-ups. Now, although I am big on sport and health, a practice that did not matter too much to do push-ups, I never liked, and sometimes by necessity.
However, this bending Hindus look different and the benefits associated with them that really sells me to try in some places.
However, if the exercise for some reason, it puts a smile on her face as she makes you breathe more deeply (always good) and strengthening the entire body while making sure you do not get all stiff with zero flexibility, I think I deserve and also the voice of others. (This in a way that all the reasons I took Yoga)
Well, that’s what the Indians-ups do.
Here are the techniques and me, after reading the following verse, take a break and try to get out very quickly 2.3.
-Get a crawl.
The initial position with legs spread and ass in the air.
“From there, bend your elbow as in the usual momentum-ups, transporting you to a circular arc
-Straighten your arms and ends with a chest and thigh, almost touching the ground.
When done properly and in combination with breathing (inhaling and exhaling to get-up) Hindu pushups build extraordinary strength of lung and incredible upper body strength and endurance. Also increase flexibility in the shoulders and hips, and upper and lower back.
Now when I am personally very interested in this exercise, I put 2 and 2 together and realized that
1. This is a “Hindu push-ups right? What should be India.
2. The starting point is “Downward Facing Dog” and the end point is “The Cobra Pose” and its implementation is very similar to the position of the sun salutations 6.8 …
These factors considered, I conclude that this is a good yoga poses are combined in motion so you can get the best of both worlds: Yoga (which I love) and gymnastics (push-ups … just can not tolerate).
That is, as I wrote in another article, if my schedule does not allow me to do all the yoga postures that I like for the day, I just do not 24 + rounds greeting the sun, the corpse pose and the Hindu push-ups.
In addition to the alternative combinations of this fiscal year now and still feel like I almost do yoga, maybe a different style in one day. The main factor is that I exercise, I love what it is and has worked well for me.
You should try it and see how it works for you, but believe me, at least greet the sun warming up) and this boost Hindu (yoga (2 movements of yoga poses), my friend could not be mistaken for a whole body workout back through yoga.
