The word yoga itself in the Rig Veda is the most ancient holy book, the first mentioned. Those who learn yoga estimated four thousand years old.

Yoga history can be divided into four, a former classical period, classical period, post-classical and modern periods of times the main period. In the history of yoga, this book is what is called classical yoga. The history of yoga yoga will not solve the classical stage.

The word Yoga literally means to add some egg yolk together with a vehicle, such as cattle. The idea is to unite the yoga is all its aspects.

However, most people think that yoga, a gentle posture is, in fact there is only one small aspect of how the wider region. Yoga methods, including ethical disciplines, physical postures, breathing control and meditation as well.

Twentieth century witnessed the revival of yoga, the ancient tradition of globalization cause. Yoga has created a modern method of Hinduism and yoga clearly defined. Through yoga practice, individuals can obtain information about the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

In the long history of yoga, different schools have emerged, and there are numerous examples branches and philosophies produce. In the end, all share one common element of the basic purpose of yoga is to promote the body, mind and harmonious environment.

Today, yoga has been accepted as a comprehensive work to promote physical and mental control. Not only the right tools and decor, yoga can help you live a healthy, intact, to give life. In recent decades, yoga has been very fast. Yoga is the world’s most diverse spiritual path. Now living yoga tradition knows no such borders continue to spread throughout the world.
