    I know from experience that some new yoga mat and a little slippery at first. The options are: 1 Leave a place where you can walk barefoot on the more than a few times. Wash one or two or more times with a mild detergent and treating them as a struggle sweater (not roll it in a towel on most of the water, then draw or hook it to the end of drying).

    You can have the wrong carpet. The most expensive yoga mats have a nonskid surface. You can try out powder on the hands and feet and see if it helps! Esther
