  1. This DVD by renowned yoga instructor Barbara Benagh is similar in its old format DVD, Yoga for stress relief. But while the second provides practice in different conditions (back pain, headaches, digestive problems, etc.), the AM / PM DVD offers practical Barbara for the morning or evening. These practices, the long slow and very soft overall 15 to 45 minutes, making it easy even your busiest days in yoga. Barbara often used accessories: in addition to a yoga mat, I recommend that you have at least a blanket on hand (preferably 2-3), with a pillow and a bag optional eye.
    > A breakdown of the DVD below. The titles are the main items on the menu, and the balls give submenu (times are in each practice, as they appear printed on the screen). I have included a brief description of each method.

As in his previous videos, Barbara is practicing alone in the context of a beautiful beach in Half Moon Bay Resort in Antigua. This DVD has some function in the same behavior as in the preceding sequences Barbara Yoga to relieve stress, but the matter seems to be new. Also, because all programs are generally mild and soothing, I find the AM vs. PM practice good substitutes for the day or night. Overall, this is an excellent yoga DVD is well suited to a wide range of practitioners, including all new to yoga experienced yogini recommended as I do – in any case.

  2. This DVD has been a life saver! I have some questions and the family stress at work that have literally made me lose sleep, and all day tension. I tried sleeping pills, but I do not know how the side effects. This DVD helped me a good night’s sleep. It is so simple, but effective. I only wish I tried it years ago, and I could sleep all those hours back. I started doing the morning drive, education and my rest during the day has been greatly improved. I give this DVD to several people for X-mas!

  3. Thank you for this DVD. I have 2 children and a full-time job. At the end of the evening, I really need to decompress this DVD and helps a lot. There are training sessions as I can always find something that fits in my schedule and works for me. A specific recommendation.

  4. I already bought a lot of fitness and yoga DVDs and I think that is the only one I most often because it is really effective.

The section really helps if I am a stiff back or just for me and handed me ready for the day.

PM has been very useful for me always ready to sleep very good and the rest at the end of the day.

This is a very useful DVD. It is accessible to beginners and also useful for people who have practiced yoga for some time. Ideal for those who seek a focused, effective and easy to follow routines.

  5. This DVD is the best I’ve seen for beginners. There are a number of routines to choose from and Barbara Benagh describes each train as well. It is extremely easy to follow, but everything a beginner or even someone more experienced would make for hope.
