Hi, My name is Kristin Aileen. I have 6 years of experience studying and teaching Yoga, first Hatha Yoga with Yogi Bhajan and since 2005 also with Evan Lian and Eddie Aceman ( Ashtanga). I perceives yoga as a path for healing and alive living for the mind, body and soul.

I liked this workout quickie but hoped they would give more instruction on the breath. . when they breathe in and out, that I know is that this large part of yoga. I like when my teacher, guide me with my breath, because, simply put, it’s in.. But anyway, I’m looking to see if I’m wrong tomorrow.

I did all the other days last week and let me tell you. At first I thought, “I can not even think that it should not work.” But the next day, but I hurt so bad, I knew that it works (and I probably that half of the video of the first day). It does not seem so logical, but I think it is. It works! I love Tara Stiles freakin videos.

She is thin, they cause these workouts do. Whoa that was good! Youtube recommend your videos to me, and you inspired me, do yoga again. I tried a class and the teacher once did not think it was my first time because I am flexible, but I’ll try to class this week! Thank you.

Thx again Tara. . . (Only one was good .. at the beginning of the video, if it is intended for beginners, intermediate or advanced knowledge of Yoga (Yogi’s?) I know sews aorund two thirds of trains (not a complaint – just out of interest). Treasures of the collection of videos.

This is an excellent routine, but I would add that it should take about 15 minutes not to take six and a half years. Yes, I know that Tara did not say to do in 6th 5, but I think thank, significant benefits achieved by very slowly through the poses werden.BTW you for posting this. Excellent routine.
